The term HEALTHY was once just used for describing a physical appearance, which I think is often the view of most young people, but over time my definition of health has grown & evolved in so many ways. Now it encompasses every part of my life (including business, relationships, mind, body, spirit etc.) Cyndi is such an inspiring & special human, having played a major role in my health journey (as I know she has made a deep impact on many others too).
