With all its familiar #hipsters that made me look at the lounge as a friendly setting so reminiscent of my own university, with their asymmetrical haircuts and professional-sounding alcohol-spiked voices, their dyed tongues and their piercings speaking a language different from their eyes. With all its cold shoulders, detached demeanour and calm, even, forcefully polite voices, I found the city washing over me with overt familiarity.
