what's your favorite and least favorite thing about hundred line so far?
My favorite thing about HL is how it's honestly such a love-letter to VN's as a medium (despite being an RPG, largely, too). It really feels like, especially with its wildly different tones and structures when it comes to routes, guest writers, and etc. like it runs the whole spectrum of the medium in ways that feel very reverential and like a celebration of that space, both in doujin software and beyond.
My least favorite thing is mostly just personal things I dislike about Kodaka's writing, which I've already talked about before. I find his handling of some serious subject matter distasteful, and I sometimes think his approach to larger than life characters make for really bad first impressions that only really get better if you have the patience to stick with the characters and learn more about them. I'd say he could stand to have more grounded characters sometime, but that's just not really his style.
