Everyone is faced with problems on a daily basis. The biggest problem is that most people would rather make an excuse instead of making an effort. I encourage adults to share their stories of how they started, where they are at now, where they plan on going and how to get there. Once they start writing, they should realize that if it is not where they want to be in life, it’s because they chose to make excuses somewhere along the way. It’s easy to get off course in life and find it hard to get back on when the time finally comes that you decide to pursue your dreams. But with the help of others, this negative paradigm can be changed, no matter what it takes.
On the other hand, if you are already living your dreams, I encourage you to share your success story so it could help change and touch many lives. You can share how long it took you before realizing your dreams, what method you used to achieve your success, how you were able to stay focused, what information you can give to someone who may want to pursue that avenue and how long did it take you to reach your goal. If a teenager comes to this site, he/she would be able to get info on real life situations. He will see how the real world operates and how easy it is to get off track.
However, he will also be able to see that we all make mistakes and excuses, but some choose to continue pursuing their dreams, while others continue thinking about them. I hope that this realization will help teenagers to be able to decide which path to pursue and get answers. Anyone can help no matter what their background is. Everyone has problems and everyone makes excuses. Why not share them. How about you? What’s your excuse?
