Funny Old Laws:  West Virginia Harassment?  I dare ya...

Although repealed in 2010, West Virginia law included a provisions as follows:

A person may be placed in jail for up to six months for making fun of someone who does not accept a challenge.

"I dare ya. What's-a-matter? You chicken?" LOL.
