Crazy how I said I was working out and all of a sudden the gym memes started pouring in. LOL.. That's cool, gives me a good laugh, but on a serious note, know they are watching me too. I use to get self conscious but now just simply invite them to join me and make good choices. Then I get the excuses of I'm busy, I can't, or they just take off all together. It's easy to stay motivated and inspired when you have results to back it up. But to get there, you first have to commit. That's the scary part that causes more people to flee than anything else.
