Part 2 of “Düsseldorf’s Districts”
I just uploaded part 2 of “Düsseldorf’s District” - take a look at Angermund and its beautiful “Schlosspark Heltorf”, which might be even prettier to look at in autumn
On Thursday, there will be a check on the sirens in Düsseldorf and other cities, please don’t be alarmed (does that count as a pun) if they go off in the morning at about 11 o’clock.
Friday will be the start of the annual “Start Up Week”, check out https://startupwoche-dus.de/ for more information (website is also available in English)
Finally, soccer will be back! On Friday, the first matches of the National DFB-Cup will be played (unfortunately without any visitors/spectators). Fortuna Düsseldorf has to play against FC Ingolstadt (South Germany) in an away match. Next week will mark the return of the first and second divison of the Bundesliga (finally!!)
And last but not least, I have a recommendation of two trade fairs taking place in Dortmund. Both fairs will open the gates on Tuesday, the 10th of September and will continue until next week Wednesday.
Creativa trade fair for creative people
...and Germany’s biggest sustainability trade fair
Please check beforehand if there any special Covid-19 countermeasures etc
At the end, a small reminder that you can still register for Düssel Travel’s next Tour on the 22nd of September, either on Meetup or Facebook:
