Hi there! Thank you so much for your ask! I saw some of the comments you made on one or two of my other posts, and I wanted to say thank you for those, too. I really appreciate you reaching out and I'm glad you're enjoying my work so much.

I believe I do have the original chapters of Get Out Alive tucked away somewhere on my desktop, however, I no longer feel comfortable sharing them as they do not reflect the current state of my writing. Quite frankly, I'm actually really embarrassed by that story as a whole. I understand that you and perhaps others would probably still enjoy reading it if I were to post the chapters, but at this this time, I'm just not comfortable with reposting that particular piece of work. I hope you can understand that decision.

ON THE JOB a series of headcanon questions for muses that work

Since we know that the Joker is usually the only man standing by the time the job is done, then no. Despite the fact that he has henchmen who work for him, he still considers himself a loner who works alone. He's more fond of the objects he works with such as knives, guns and explosives because he finds all those tools more reliable than people. The people he usually hires are either low life criminals or mentally-ill Arkham inmates. He can tolerate Harley, though, who has more leverage than any other goon because she's managed to form however twisted but still a relationship with the Joker that gained her an opportunity to survive around him for so long.

Who he cannot stand and absolutely despises are probably the dirty cops that work for him, secretly updating him with any useful information from the MCU. No matter how much he pays them or how severely he had to threaten them or/and their family to make them work for him, the Joker thinks of them as rats, squealers and traitor by default, and he genuinely sympathizes Gordon because he's the only incorruptible cop left in Gotham.

Yeah... and we all saw that. His plan about the two ferries didn't work. He miscalculated and it was really devastating for him. And Batman had the nerve to ruin his plan B, preventing the Joker from detonating the ferries remotely. So now he rarely uses detonators, sticking to timers instead.

always hiring new clowns. considering how often he runs out of his henchmen, the Joker is in a constant process of recruiting the new ones.

he rarely drives his black windowless van which is mostly being used for his 'job' errands like bank heists or kidnapping. if there's someone else who can do that, usually one of his henchmen, they'll be in the driver's seat. the Joker will also have them get rid of the bodies or clean up the blood and gore after he's done with his victims. the Joker is not a team player, so even when he doesn't work alone, he'll eventually refuse to play by the established rules.
