Hot take: give your dragon girls manes. If they are anthro, they should have hair, if they are full dragon gals, have manes. This is entirely because I, personally, think it looks off if all the dragons are bald. Where are their manes? Where are their luscious locks?

First image was me having fun looking up screen shots of TLK Scar and redrawing them on Pyro, and it turned into a cluster. Back in 1998, he was based on Scar, so it was interesting to do (middle and lower left aren't referenced)!

I drew the Starblaster Crew as fluffy dragons. 

Why?

Well that’s because-OH a jellyfish! How cute!

When I first started making these designs I decided to make them into different “types” of dragons depending on their canon race. Originally I just draw most of these characters as bird-like dragons... but that didn’t really work with characters that have mustaches so I decided to make Magnus a dog (I think he would enjoy that anyway XD) and then I just decided to make all the humans dog-dragons. They all have feathered wings, you just can’t see them all.  Davenport (the gnome) is based on a cat and Merle (dwarf) is based on a faun.. Mostly because of Pan but it may just be a “dwarf”-trait in whatever weird furryverse this is.  The elves still resemble the birdragons I’ve made in the past. But with very long ears.
