Not Enjoying Work
Boy, I messed up at work today. Apparently, after the worst training I've ever been through, I'm now expected to somehow instinctually know how to fix every single thing that could possibly go wrong with these bloody machines that have as many working and moving parts (inside and out) as -I- do! Blegh... Anyway, let's move on! This weekend, I shall be going to Furry Connection North to start one of the last rounds of beta testing on the base set of "Are You A Changeling?" before we begin finalizing things for printing within the next few months! After the convention, there will be a few more weekends of beta testing with the local group (lucky you!) before we make the final push to print! We plan on having finished product ready to sell by the time TrotCon rolls around, and just might be heading there to do just that!! I'm sorry that it's been a while since my last post, and also that there's very little real information I can give to you guys, seeing as it's not released just yet, but once we DO have a printed set ready to sell, I will finally be able to talk much more freely about certain mechanics, gameplay and other various aspects! To be honest, I've been very deeply focused on the development of my Mass Effect tabletop RPG system, ever since the Citadel DLC came out (if you haven't played it yet, DO IT!! It is the best thing to have ever happened to the Mass Effect universe since the, Krogan!), plus I just needed to step back from Changeling for a short while to clear my head of it, to not only avoid the risk of burning myself out on it, but to also come back fresh, ready to try a different angle or a new outlook (which has helped enormously in the past, mind you! It's how I came up with the Events expansion!) The Mass Effect tabletop system development has been coming along swimmingly, I might add, and I've been getting great feedback from my players, so maybe by this time next year, I'll have something solid enough to propose to Bioware, if only just to be allowed licensing rights to print and sell! If you want to know more, ask! :) Keep your hooves crossed for more soon! Remember, I'm always up for answering questions!!
