Miraculous: In the 60s?!
Meet Marie Bernard, or, as she is better know to the people of 1966 Paris, Wonderbug! During the day, she's a normal 14 year old girl studying to become a chef at her mother's restaurant, but by night, she fights crime and injustice with her loyal partner Fury Claw! Who, unbeknownst to her, is secretly her childhood best friend and fellow trainée chef, Julien Auclair.
Who is she fighting against, you may ask?
Only the two most oppressive forces of evil at the time: Balteatus and Morpho, holders of the Bee and the Butterfly. Balteatus got his name from the species of bee called Bombus Balteatus, or the long tounged bee, which is symbolism for Balteatus spreading lies and gossip in order to skew the story in Morpho's favour. Balteatus uses his words and venom to control those around him. Morpho is named after the Blue Morpho butterfly, which is one of the largest butterflies in the world - showing that Morpho has eyes and ears everywhere, and all of Paris is under her wing.
In this AU, Fu lost half of the Miracle Box in a fight against Morpho - although he managed to keep the two most powerful, the Ladybug and the Black Cat, he lost many as well.
Miraculous under Morpho's control - Bee, Fox, Tiger, Snake, Dragon, Monkey and Rooster. (As well as the Butterfly but that's Morpho's miraculous and never leaves her sight).
Miraculous Fu saved - Ladybug, Black Cat, Mouse, Ox, Rabbit, Horse, Goat, Dog, and Pig. (He has the Turtle too but thats his).
Tada another AU! It's in the same timeline as Tales of Lullanyx and Audinelle but obviously it takes place many decades earlier. I really wanna make more content for this so let me know if you'd be into that
