the fact that NOT. A SINGLE. TIME. during 3 books Annie and Lee said "i love you" by specifically articulating these three words to each other, and neither did Delo and Griff, is HUNTING me. just something about that that's so powerful, it's the fact that YOU AND I AND EVERYBODY AND THEIR DRAGONS KNOW i'm in love with you since forever, there's no point in formal verbal confirmation. it's about those thousand ways to say "i love you" without saying these specific three words and about actions that speak louder than words, there's no confusion wtf was that - that was the loudest "i love you" ever again and again and again and i know it and you will SEE me answering "i love you too" over and over and over. oh Rosaria Munda, your mind is brilliant
