I keep thinking about @itsacoffeemugs a.b.o post and satoru coming back to the apartment after a day of meetings and exorcisms and when he opens the door, he's immediately hit with this thick air of sweet sweet omega and it's disorienting. The world blurrs for a moment before he hurries inside to find both tsumiki and megumi writhing crying and miserable. Sweating through their clothes and holding each other's hand and humping the air. They don't even know what's wrong with them and they are so so scared. And gojo's first instinct is to pick them up but he's so unsure, they are supposed to spend it with family. Someone who is safe and will take care of them with tenderness and it's not like gojo won't be able to do any of that but there's a moment of hesitation before he realises these are his kids now. And he picks them up so they can scent him, one on each side, burying their noses into his neck.
- fushigurocest: straightforward but unspecific, could be any combination of fushiguros
- megumiki: very cute, standard ship name format, everyone will know who we're talking about
- mimi: no one will know but it's really fucking cute and could conceivably be one or both of their childhood nicknames for each other
- mimicest: completely inscrutable but if you know you know
- megumi wants to fuck his sister: my own personal tag, doesn't indicate that his sister wants to fuck him back, but she won't imply that either (until he's inside of her)

In case y’all haven’t heard, Jujutsu Kaisen is the latest hot new anime about another precious boy, Itadori Yuji, with zero parental guidance, insane strength, and one (1) brain cell who becomes a demon and other hocus pocus stuff ensues. (i do recommend it because there’s a refreshing lack of romance, fanservice, and the girls actually are important)
One of his first new friends and the Sasuke to his Naruto is Fushiguro Megumi. Megumi is pretty mysterious overall, and as we see more of his scenes, he seems to constantly have flashbacks over a mysterious girl. The way it was shown... I had some spidey senses tingling.
At some point, Megumi is cornered by another student from a different magical high school and asked point-blank, “What is your ideal type of woman?”
Cue another flashback to mysterious girl, Tsumiki, who tells Megumi he has his own kindness. Megumi answers, “No preference, as long as they have a strong moral compass that can’t be swayed.” Which is exactly how he describes Tsumiki. The way it’s set up, it honestly looks like Tsumiki is his childhood crush or friend.
Turns out, mysterious girl is Fushiguro Tsumiki... Megumi’s older step-sister. Their parents married when Megumi was in first grade, so it does seem they spent a lot of their childhood together, so I do appreciate that. Unfortunately, for most of the series until present, she is in a cursed coma.
(i was so tempted to just paste so many more pages here, but essentially megumi has a whole monologue after he nearly dies in a fight against a curse, and all his thoughts are on his sister, who he was desperately protecting. the whole chapter was a goddamn delight. it’s ch. 59 if anyone wanted to read the whole thing)
In a flashback, we find out what became of Megumi after their parents disappeared--his current teacher (who actually was the one who killed his shitbag dad) became Megumi and Tsumiki’s guardian. When asked if Megumi would prefer being sold to the Zen’in clan, Megumi only has one question: “Will Tsumiki be happy?” (<3!!!!)
Obviously, Tsumiki barely shows up but Megumi is a main character. I wouldn’t recommend JJK if you only wanted some brosis shipping, but this was a PLEASANT surprise for me!!!
I wanted to give an honorable side mention to:
Mai & Maki Zen’in: Mai and Maki are from the same Zen’in clan as Megumi, however both are 1. women and 2. have little to no cursed energy, rendering them useless in the eyes of their clan. Mai only wanted to be with Maki, however Maki, inheriting physical strength but no cursed energy, wants to prove herself and ends up leaving her twin sister behind to fulfill her dream. Mai resents her for this, and they currently have an antagonistic relationship. Mai has confessed to Maki she never wanted to be a jujutsu sorcerer, and would have been happy living a normal life in their clan at the bottom, as long as Maki was by her side.
Noritoshi Kamo & his mother: very little has been elaborated on this but Kamo has been shown to be kind of a pretentious ass and very obedient to the Kamo clan. It is revealed his mother was a concubine, who left the clan due to her mistreatment and so she would not get in his way. Kamo inherited the desired cursed techniques, and is therefore the heir, and he follows the clan’s desire, all in order to make sure he can protect his mother.
Mei Mei & Ui Ui: FOR A SERIES THAT HAS LITTLE TO NO FANSERVICE, THE INTRODUCTION OF UI UI, PROFESSIONAL SISCON, NEARLY GAVE ME WHIPLASH!!! there’s really not much to either of them, Mei Mei is a strong sorcerer, who brings along her little brother Ui Ui for the big Fight and he constantly praises her. She even casually asks if Ui Ui would die for her, and he replies, “It would be an honor if you would allow me to.” (She seemingly asks this with no actual intention of letting him die, and trusting in his ability.) I PRESENT TO YOU THE CROWN JEWEL OF “I AM STRONGLY SUSPECTING GEGE AKUTAMI IS TRYING TO SAY SOMETHING ABOUT SHIPCEST RIGHTS”:
MEIMEI AND UIUI ARE STRAIGHT UP IN BED (NAKED???) TOGETHER WHILE THE WORLD IS BURNING DOWN ASKJDBFAOIPWBEHF
Satoru cannot deny it; he likes people watching. He has always been observant—Six Eyes aiding him in his endeavour. And he knows that there is something wrong with the Fushiguro siblings.
Toji Fushiguro kills him once, tries to do it again, a second time, fails, and leaves him with a kid. It turns out to be a surprise two for the price of one kinda deal.
Satoru becomes the impromptu guardian of two children who don't quite know how to be a child anymore.
Companion post to this. Megumi who learns about porn in school from peers and he's mesmerized at first. The fake moans are magical in the beginning, then they become unbearable and he moves on to indie porn and the softness and domesticity he finds there claws at him because he desperately wants to show tsumiki and see how she reacts. He wants to know if she would say anything about it. If she would be scandalized, or if she would be curious and what if they could be curious together. And it culminates to them humping each other on the couch one day until megumi is trying to go down on her. Tsumiki is so unsure to let him. She's never even been touched down there, and he's trying to put his mouth on her.
Tsumiki has tried fingering the way she saw on those videos with gojo because they always left her feeling like she wanted to pee, there was this kind of itch that she could never scratch, roiling just under the surface, but they never helped. And gojo wasn't any help either. But then megumi makes her cum for the first time and it's like this euphoria of feeling this for the first time, of having megumi
Gojo watching little megumi grow up and seeing how he yearns for his sister and he almost pities him. He silently watches the long stares and how megumi's prickly nature softens when tsumiki asks him to help in the kitchen, something that never happens when gojo is the one asking. The help with homework, the way megumi will delay his assignments until it's the last moment just so tsumiki will help him. They way he refuses to let gojo help btw. They still change together and gojo knows tsumiki thinks nothing of it, but megumi isn't as innocent as tsumiki imagines.
