Manny’s player introduced me to “No Light, No Light” by Florence and the Machine as an Ada/Manny ship song and like....... first of all, it’s EXTREMELY perfect, and second of all I ended up with so many feelings that I had to make multiple lyrics pictures.....

I haven’t talked much about the other masquerade attendees on here, but Manny actually changed disguises after his first disguise strained to breaking -- he’s normally a detective, and he knows everyone here, so keeping his thoughts and words muddled enough to keep him from recognising the other masquerade attendees has put a lot of stress on his magical disguise.

Ada/Turing and Retrograde/Manny had a great time trying to solve the mysteries of the masquerade so nATURALLY we’ve started shipping them, despite the slight obstacle that Ada is a robot who doesn’t really understand romance and Manny is a human who doesn’t really understand robots.

Shizuka’s enthusiasm over things overpowers Fugo and Giorno’s calm demeanor. The fusion is still level-headed but going out in a bang is top priority! They love adventures and basically get super excited over fights. The need to appear cool and awesome is a must. Has a big-heart for everything. Hard to trick into doing something, they’re great at critical thinking.

Owain and Jones: mm wow, thats uh.... yikes, Turing: haha omg isn’t that weird that she called me a lady? me, a machine with no concept of or interest in gender?? Isnt that interesting!! I guess it’s just so fascinating because it’s such an alien concept to me and one that I have no personal feelings on whatsoever and that’s definitely the reason I’m using so much processing power thinking about this!!! 

Back in Fusion RP, we’re still navigating the Masquerade Caper and might have to neutralise some intruders. Aem and Turing both expressed reluctance to this idea, in, uh, different ways.

I do not know how to even start to explain whats been going on in that RP I’m in......

So, Magpie is running an event where everyone got invited to a Masquerade Ball, but like, they got invited by the Beetle Merchant who we’re all pretty sure is some kind of weird faerie, and so the masks we were given activate a magical disguise that for some folks radically changed their appearance, and also make it so you can’t tell anyone your real name while you’re disguised and aLSO we’ve been given a magical quest to find three keys hidden in the mansion -- itS THAT KIND OF THING

Turing is disguised as a human woman for the ball, and has picked “Ada” (as in, Ada Lovelace, it’S THEMATIC) as a pseudonym to go by for the night. She’s having an....... exciting time!! There’s magical doors and enchanted mirrors and a portal gun??? (we got to pick our own weapons) and also oNE OF THE ENCHANTED MIRRORS MAKES AN EVIL DUPLICATE OF YOU SO LIKE I OBVIOUSLY HAD TO DRAW THAT anyway here are some scribbles of Masquerade Things

A friend shared the song Hey Alice by Rachel Rose Mitchell and I can't believe I've never made the Alice in Wonderland comparison to Turing getting pulled into this weird mixed-up world before..... anyway I got, uh, carried away,

I’m a day behind so THIS ONE’S FOR DAY 17!! It’s @sunleopard-art’s Jay! 

Normally, when you’re attacked and corrupted by a Ghost Tree, you die and become one of them. No one has ever survived... except Jay. They ended up with all the ghostly powers of the monster they were supposed to become, but any emotion felt too strongly can tip them over into the detached, violent state of these hostile creatures.

Obviously, the need to keep one’s emotions under control pairs just great with being a teenager!!
