Was waren das für Zeiten. Als in den Früh- und Mitneunzigern des letzten Jahrhunderts Labels wie Warp oder Planet Dog Elektronische Musik auf ein anderes Niveau hoben. In 1994 hatte ich das Vergnügen einem Planet Dog Show Case für die legendäre MTV Show "120 minutes" in London beizuwohnen, bei welchem Banco de Gaia und die außergewöhnlichen Eat Static als Hauptact auftraten. Ich meine mich auch dunkel an Future Loop Foundation im weiteren Line Up (als Vorband) zu erinnern. Doch die Zeit von Future Loop Foundation begann erst so richtig 2 Jahre danach, also 1996, als Mark Barrott mit dem ersten Future Loop Foundation Longplayer "Time and Bass" zum Vorreiter der Drum and Bass und Dub-Step Szene wurde. Ich bin heute, fast 20 Jahre danach erstaunt, wie Zeitgemäß die Musik von Future Loop Foundation - zumindest die alten Arbeiten - daher kommt. Vielleicht überzeugen Sie sich hiervon mit "Discovery"
