Why is it so hard to just give a real answer to a simple question? I tried to ask fellow students (on our programs Facebook group) how much our school uniforms were for individual pieces (because our welcome packet just gives a general estimate for everything they WANT you to buy not what you actually NEED) instead I was greeted by every response BUT an actual answer. “Just ask for hand-me downs”, “Buy from others on this site”, “you don’t even need the pants”, “Overpriced! LOL” 😡The closest I got to a real was “call the school” 😒 thanks guys ... I just wanted to know so I could save the money BEFORE going down to try on and order my uniform 😩
Y’ALL tomorrow I get to shadow the L&D nurses in the hospital across the street from where I work and I’m going to see an actual real live baby being born
I’m so nervous
I’m anxiously awaiting a letter from my college hopefully saying I was accepted into the nursing program this coming Spring Semester.. A few students have already posted that they have gotten theirs the past few days so now everyday I walk out to get the mail I find myself holding my breath hoping my letter is in there. It hasn’t been..yet. Someone also posted that when they asked administration about what date of completion they basically were accepting to they said the May/June group - which give me both hope and more reason to be nervous because my date of completion is in May.
Nothing to do but play the waiting game now
Took my A&P test this morning and I made an 84/B on the test. I am so proud of myself and for pushing myself to take the time to study for the test.
I am so excited and proud of myself right now. I just got my grade back for my first practical/lab exam in my A&P II class. I made a 90 on it and I am still trying to figure out how I got that grade. I knew my material but I expected getting a B. Also, I made a 100 on my quiz that I had to do on Special senses and Endocrine system diseases and problems. Just wanted to share my exciting news.
Waiting to take my lab practical for A&P II. I would be a nervous wreck right now, but I know all my material front and back.
