ANOTHER Special Announcement: The MKJ for Future Song 2018 PHOTO POSTER!

Five of MY best photos of Myles Kennedy from the past three years are featured in this brand-new photo collage poster that I designed for the 2018 MKJ for Future Song campaign, along with nine EXCLUSIVE, never-before-seen photos by superstar gig photographer Niwy Kováčová (and an extra-stellar bonus shot by Ciaran James!).

Co-founded and co-directed by singer/guitarist/songwriter/former trumpet player and drum major, Myles Kennedy, Future Song Foundation helps the youth of Spokane, WA gain and keep access to high-quality music education.

Special Announcement: MKJ for Future Song, 2018!

It’s that time again at Myles Kennedy Junkies HQ! Last year’s charity campaign to help Save the Elephants via the 2017 IFAW Calendar was so successful that we’re doing it again… but, this time, it’s TWICE as nice! (And not just because I’m now the OFFICIAL Graphic Designer for MKJ!)

Not only will we be celebrating Myles’ birthday at the end of November with a new calendar for 2018 that benefits IFAW, we’ve also just launched the first-ever MKJ Future Song Calendar! All of the proceeds for each calendar and signed (!) poster sold goes to benefit Future Song Foundation, a charity co-founded and co-directed by Myles himself to ensure that music programs in the schools of his hometown of Spokane, WA obtain and maintain access to high-quality music education and musical instruments.

Help the youth make music all life long, and enjoy the original artwork made by the fantastic team of artists who donated their time and their craft to this very special cause. (As you might be able to tell, I also contributed my illustrative abilities to this campaign, as my personal experiences with music in my education was and still is a big reason why I’m the creative professional and person that I am today.)

Ok,vamos a hablar de esto. Acabo de leer que Taylor está planeando escribir una canción sobre Tom y Calvin. De ser cierto,del segundo me lo espero pues no han acabado bien (y él ya habló de ella en otra canción) ¿Pero qué ha hecho Tom para merecerlo? Que yo recuerde han acabado en buenos términos y no han habido escándalos. (Pero es de esperarse,es Tom y Tom es un cinnamon Roll). Siempre fui una defensora de su relación, incluso cuando mis amigas tachaban de zorra y mala pécora a Taylor, porque era la pareja de Tom y los dioses saben cuánto me gusta este hombre. Y porque Taylor me gustaba. Me gustaba. Me gustan sus canciones pero si realmente saca una canción sobre mi bae es para decirle cuatro cosas. Lo peor es que siempre lo hace y ahora entiendo a esas fans de Tommy que decían que ella no era buena para él. Quizás él se equivocó al querer más pública su relación (Eso es lo que cuentan, yo ya no sé qué creer.) pero eso no es para que se le destripe en una canción. Espero que la canción hable de lo bien que estuvo con ellos pero viniendo de ella lo veo difícil. Ahora me alegro de qué no estén juntos. Tommy bae se merece algo mejor.
