I received my first apology letter from a kiddo last week. Let me translate it for you... "Ms. Jay (me). I am sorry Ms. Jay. I won't do that no more. I won't behave that way no more Ms. Jay. I love you Ms. Jay." What struck me most is that she was able to recognize her mistakes in her behavior and wanted to reconcile with me.
