The girl on the left is Adelita and she’s the oldest. She wants to be a swordsman AND a martial artist. She wants to be able to kick your ass in multiple different ways. She’s not as mean as she looks, me and Zoro’s genetics just produced a kid with resting bitch face.

The boy on the right is Ciro and (obvs) he’s the youngest. He wants to be an astronomer and he thinks star charts are the coolest shit. He’s got a horrible sense of direction like Zoro but he can navigate great at night ironically enough (because of the stars).

How’s school going? What are your grades like? Do you do any extracurriculars?

School’s going pretty well so far, though I have a big test coming up in a few weeks. My grades are usually pretty good too, though I’ve struggled with math and English in the past. I’m doing much better now!

I don’t really have the time to do extracurriculars, between magic shows and helping in trials and at the Agency. I guess I’m in the “going home” club then?

How did your parents meet? (if they’ve told you?)

They’ve told me before! Mommy was framed for a murder at one of her shows, and daddy was the one to defend her in court. After that they kept seeing each other as friends, and eventually fell in love!

(Though murder isn’t really that romantic.)

What’s your favorite family trip that you’ve been on?

So far, my two favorite trips were getting to visit Kurain Village (I always love going because I get to see Pearl and Maya!) and seeing my daddy’s family! Seeing my grandparents is always so fun! Mommy’s been talking about potentially taking us to visit her family, which I hope we can do soon! I’ve been wanting to meet the other branch of my family tree.

What’s your favorite holiday? How does your family celebrate it?

Halloween! I love dressing up and celebrating spooky stuff, and my mommy is just as excited about it as I am! Sometimes we’ll make sugar cookies together in the weeks before (which I get to cut into shapes), and mommy has this tradition of doing a dumb supper in some years. I used to go trick or treating every year, and we all go together to a block party that’s held in the neighborhood. And of course, we dress up, carve a pumpkin, watch Halloween movies!

Questions for the kids! Do your parents ever talk about how they met around you, or so you only know little snippets of the story? And what sort of lovey dovey things will they engage in together around the house 👀👀👀 (Noel)

Oh yes! Mom and dad have told us how they met before, especially since uncle Alfred has taken the credit for bringing them together (which I guess is true, he helped them meet each other in the first place)

Same with my mommies! Though it was only because I asked them. Funny, they met the same way mommy met your daddy, Burr!

Now that’s interesting... the story my daddy told me went differently then it did for you guys! (And I’ll answer that in the next ask!) so yes, they’ve told me how they met before!

And they do get “lovey dovey” like you said, but in front of me it’s usually just stuff like hugs and quick kisses on the cheek and lips.

They don’t, like, make out in front of me and Burr, but they aren’t afraid to be affectionate (kind of the same stuff Trucy said), and occasionally we’ll find them cuddling fast asleep on the couch or longer kisses when they think we’re not looking. It’s a little awkward, honestly.

What’s your dream job?

Magician, of course! And since I’m a young professional, I get to live the dream!

What are your chores around the house, if any?

While there’s not a lot (I have to balance school and my shows with it!) I do have a few little things: I have to do my homework, make my bed neat every day, sort my laundry every once in a while, that sort of thing!

Are you a part of any cliques? Tell us about your friends!

Nope! Cliques are usually not nice. But I do have a few friends in my class, plus there’s Maya, Pearl, Kay, and Apollo and Athena at the Agency!

Hey kids, what do you think about your parents' relationship? Is weird, funny, aspiring?

R: With Burr and I, mom and dad are a little goofy at times (with the rare moment when they’re embarrassing) but they’re always very sweet with each other. I’m actually glad for it, we never doubted that they loved each other, and us.

M-G: Yeah, my mommies always loved each other, it’s weird to think they wouldn’t be.

T: Same! My mommy, daddy and I have been through some hard times, but I was able to keep smiling knowing they were there. It’s exactly the same with each other.

B: It’s a little weird at first seeing our mom in two other relationships at first but... our shared mom and our parents seem like they’ll always be in love. We all have that it common, which is nice.

What do you think of your parents’ friends?

They’re nice! They are always nice to me, which helps I guess. A lot of the time my mommies’ friends will play with me when they come over, and my aunts have gifts sometimes! (I don’t know if aunts count, but I think they do.)

What kind of music do you like to listen to?

My mommy has music at home a lot, and I always like what she plays. But the songs are all so different... I don’t know what I would call it? I also like Disney songs a lot!

How would you describe your style? Do you have a favorite outfit you like to wear?

Uh.... what I’m wearing now, I guess? I like bright colors, if that helps. I don’t have one favorite, but I do like dressing up for fancy stuff like a party.

How would you describe your parents’ personalities?

Both of my mommies are very sweet! And Maddie (the mommy who looks most like me) is very quiet, which I like because sometimes I’m like that too.
