All the lights inside the control room flickered from her digital intrusion -- and shortly, all the lights gave out with a resounding pop. In the room with them, in the mansion-looking house inside the gates.

"...I'm in. Hacker voice. Whatever."

Looking quite pleased with herself, she pulled the wires off her devices -- slamming them together before promptly shoving all of them back in her duffel bag. Ready to get moving now that the electricity and security systems have been well taken care of.

"---- How do you want to go about this? I'm still not sure what we'll be doing once we're inside. Was kind of thinking of leaving that up to you."

Not that I want to be a Debbie Downer. It'll help with the pain, sure, at least until the bullet is pulled out and stitched up. That's where I could step in, yes, but I don't have any gloves on me, and that's a problem because I won't touch that without them.

Away from the cop who's nose she'd just busted open after he stepped up way too close and refused to take a hint.

The only thing they had going for them was the fact that the gonk in blue was too stunned to immediately react, after all, the NCPD weren't particularly known for being 'fair' or 'balanced'.

A corpse for an eye, or something like that.

And she barely had a chance to see the pure, unadulterated rage in his eyes before Piper was booking it.
