Today my girls went back to public school...it is BITTERSWEET❤️✊🏾⚡️ I never fully felt that word wholeheartedly, the way I did this morning. We turned in all the paperwork last week and they got their schedules on Friday. We decided to start fresh with a brand new week. I gave them my all these past seven months of home school, they grew and healed in the most beautiful ways. And last night, Helina told me that for the first time, she doesn't have anxiety and it felt so good to be so confident...she asked me if this is what getting over your anxiety feels like...when she said this, she fed my spirit the most beautiful medicine❤️ Breana was up extra early and had their backpacks organized and ready. She got herself ready the night before and was her beautiful, super glam self this morning!!! She said she had a lot to teach her teachers and new school mates🤓 They didn't want me to walk them in, they said they were ready to take on the system and bring in some Indigenous Two Spirit energy to their new middle school🌈✊🏾⚡️❤️💛💚💙💜 I put my Baby Bears first and our healing this past year...thank you to all who has been patient with me, for those who needed or wanted my attention and I wasn't able to hold space. I will now be focused on launching forward with the new time and space I have...now that my girls are back in school and I am no longer their daily school teacher....just their heart, energy, love & spiritual guide/Mama Bear.
