Dexter Beiste’s life was a study in the way fate brings both highs and lows. When he met Madeline Beiste he was at the lowest a person could be and still draw breath. His beloved Domme and lifelong friend Dahlia Hansen had been killed in an accident. He had a year to somehow deal with his grief, care for his twins, and somehow find a new Dominant. Madeline had created a non profit organization that helped those facing the daunting gap year after escaping abuse. It was something she knew about intimately. Nate and Daisy had found success and welcomed two beautiful children into the world. He is happy keeping the house running and his Domme and children happy but has time now to keep up with a submissive issues blog, continuing the work he started at Stonewall Prep. There are days that his heart cries for the loss of his dearest friend and the mother of his children, but even on the darkest days he knows Madeline and her unconditional love will always guide him through to the light.
