this is late but HONESTLY!!! i only drink coffee if i know i can get to a bathroom in the next 2-3 hours (usually less). thank god i can comfortably poo in public bathrooms because i know some people struggle with that

id def stay away from words like ps*cho ……but my gut says yes? i think bipolar (mania in particular) is stigmatized in a way that codes it as ~dangerous~ whereas depression isnt but like i dont have psychotic symptoms so??

oh absolutely id stay away from that, and like i said i dont even want to go on saying cr--y a lot (i sometimes do self-deprecating "nobody tryina deal with my cr--y ass today not even me" shit but thats about it)
