Fuzzy's Fine Foods and Cocktails. (Also Beer and Lunches) Deary, Idaho
(John Margolies. 1976)
My husband has work lunches at Fuzzy’s a lot and he keeps bringing home cups and he should probably stop
Fuzzy’s, 1/27/17
Joining us today is bird specialist and TV personality, Taylor Ellison. Taylor stars in her own critically-acclaimed show, “Killing Birds with Love” and “Euthanizing Birds for Science.” Taylor also has published many books, including “‘Taylor-ed’ for Salmonella” and “I Love Birds.” Taylor has also won a Nobel Peace Prize for her research on why she continues to kill birds despite her “love” for birds.

M: Unfortunately, Zaxby's was incredibly crowded so we had to relocate. Guest writer Taylor is a huge fan of Tacos, so we decided to make the trek to Fuzzy’s, one street over. Fuzzy’s was stellar as usual. It is the cheapest place to get a taco downtown and let me tell you the tacos are #value. Today’s tacos were a bit greasier than usual but still great. I love the unique flavor Fuzzy’s tacos have. Try it out. 4/7!
A: The Place: Zaxby’s was extremely crowded so we moved to Fuzzy’s. Fuzzy’s is the typical fast-food joint; customers order at the counter and they sit at a table while they wait for their food to be made. There also was a bar in the back that served margaritas and mix drinks. Unfortunately, I am not old enough to drink so I could not partake in the usage of the Devil’s Juice.
The Food: In honor of Taylor’s unusual love/hate relationship with birds and other avian organisms, the food we ordered were chicken-based. I ordered a shredded chicken quesadilla. The chicken was cooked very thoroughly, though, to me, it didn’t taste much like chicken. The tortilla was crispy and the pico de gallo added a lot of flavor to the quesadilla. The ends of the quesadilla held together very well. The middle slices, however, fell apart after one bite. Overall 3/7.
T: So, tacos are the best things in existence, and therefore, when Zaxby’s was too crowded, we went to Fuzzy’s. Now, Fuzzy’s is this little taco place on a little corner in Athens, with cute little tables, and a cute little layout. The atmosphere was pretty darn awesome, even though it was crowded. There was a shark with a bottle of something in its mouth hanging on the wall. I’m telling you, the place is pretty darn cool. Moving on to the best part about this place, the food. Of course, as I said, tacos are the best things in existence. After eating two shredded chicken tacos, I stand by that statement. I was pleased with the amount of toppings and the size of the tacos as a whole. ALSO, their latin-fried potatoes were pretty crushing, and I absolutely recommend ordering them for a side. All in all, for a cheap taco place, I liked it.
Final Rating: 3.5/7
Notes
M: Aaron seemed a bit more on edge today than he normally is. Not sure why. I tried to ask him and he muttered, “They are the majority now.” No idea what that means, maybe a Trump reference? I’ll ask him later.
A: [DAY 6] - I have become too complacent and now I’ve been outnumbered. The Lesbians have overrun the defenses. I must stay strong. I must not give into Them. I have come too far for my efforts to be squandered away. I pray for this hellish nightmare to end and for the sweet embrace of death, but for now I must stay strong. The Glorious Leader awaits me in Valhalla.
T: The service was good, and the staff was very nice. Eating with Aaron was an adventure. He mentioned something about a Lesbian Convention and seemed a little hostile… Still, there were tacos.
catch me in my kitchen close-mouthed and freaking out about whether “oh queso, let’s go” on fuzzy’s cups means “okay, so let’s go” or “okay, let’s go”
Some friend's invited me to eat at Fuzzy's tonight.
So I go an look at the menu for nutrition info.
Holy guacamole.
Is anything under 1500 calories beside the soup?
What is this?
A restaurant for giants?
Jeez.
