PedalPCB Octagon Multi Effect. Slightly modified to include expression input, the knob on the top right selects which of the top 3 parameters will be controlled by the expression pedal. Can also be set to none for standard pedal operation. Big thanks to Madbean forum member ‘bsoncini’ for that one!

Great and slightly bonkers multi effect unit, has some almost Rainbow Machine settings as well as more standard sounds, overall brilliant work by PedalPCB.

Etched with NaOH, the pattern is a spiral made out of Octagons because Octagons.

A few days ago this fell into my possession. This is a development board for the Spin Semiconductor FV-1. It’s labelled as a reverb DSP chip but it can do quite  a lot more. Had a few attempts at programming it and have come up with a stutter/freeze pedal so there’s a lot to exploit here. Got a few boards to develop around it, such as a mixer to blend the clean signal in as well as some external controls and other modifying pots.
