The older woman was stricken with surprise as the warmth of a child met her side. In a sudden fit of confusion, she let out a gasp and scooted away enough to keep their skin from making contact, but almost immediately relaxed when she noticed that it was just a little girl. But who was this girl exactly...?

"W-Warm? Um... I'm sorry, but can I help you?" Her cerulean eyes blinked with curiosity and she looked over the girl's features for a very long while before realizing that she looked strikingly familiar "Do... Do I know you?"

Oh.. Oh shit! This was not the time to go asking Kael to join her on an expedition. Dammit, she always had bad timing on these parts. Squeaking and covering her face, she waved a hand. "Uhhh—- nothing nothing! It can wait! Oh gooood, I am so sorry! I’m leaving, I’m leaving!!"

She quickly spun on her heel and left in a hurry.

Oh, like Hell she was just going to run off like that! "Oi!" cried Kael, jumping to his feet despite almost slipping backwards on the bath's surface. He climbed out of the bath and, grabbing the towel he'd hung up to wrap it around his waist, stormed through into the other room. He stood before her, eyes narrowed and a hand rested upon the bare flesh of his hip. With his other hand, he brushed the still sodden hair out of his eyes and sighed out in exasperation. "You can't just barge in like that and then just leave", he said, pointing at the bathroom door as if it helped his case any, "What did you want anyway? It must have been pretty important if it warranted walking in on someone in the bathroom."
