Reiner is surprisingly a good artist. It had taken him some time, but how could he simply sit on the sidelines as your produced wonderful pieces of art? He simply wanted to try and that he did. While he struggled at first, he refused to ask help even from you. He was a warrior. He has been through countless training, surely he can do something as simple as a drawing? Once he drew the same thing over and over again until the memory of it was etched in the back of his head, he sat down and showed it a proud smile plastered across his face. (His heart skipped a beat when he was in the comforts of your room after the war and he found the same drawing hidden under a pile of books)
The both of you are an extremely domestic couple. Can you imagine it? The two of you simply sitting there, practically covered in a shared blanket as the fire place flickers. When I tell you that this is the slowest slow burn, I mean it! Reiner does not know who he even is.
