I think you should make a RP confessions blog for the IY fandom.

I'm sorry. I wasn't trying to antagonize. I must have missed the update and was just noticing the crazy amount of character hate and got a bit frustrated at how awful dome of it sounded. I think you guys are doing great and I love all of the art you find and editing you do! You guys don't get enough appreciation for that.

It has gotten to the point where you might want to tag character hate. I love this blog and the mods, and everyone has the right to think whatever, but some of the hate is just excessive. Maybe try just like "antikagome" or "antiinuyasha" so it's easier to ignore?

We do tag anti character hate. We might make mistakes sometimes, but we do our best to fix it and go back and tag things appropriately. I made an announcement about it awhile ago, actually. We tag anti ship confessions and anti character posts. However, I hate to over step my boundaries but… if it becomes a big enough issue? We’ll stop posting anti confessions altogether. The amount of complaints we get for it is getting a bit overwhelming and causing the mods to become unmotivated. In general, and not this anonymous ask in particular, but getting our faces chewed off for other people’s opinions is getting a bit old. I highly recommend getting xkit so that you and others can filter the content they can and cannot see if it really bothers them that much. We’re working hard to do our part, but we can only do so much. I apologize if any improperly tagged posts have caused any issues. We've already made it a point NOT to tag anti character posts with said character's name so it doesn't show up in the tags, but sometimes we slip up and forget to put the anti tag along with it.

i always thought kagome insisting she was only kagome and not kikyo was actually a character flaw. she was denying reality because technically shes still kikyo's future self. she had to accept and come to terms with it. i believe rumiko might have alluded to it having her wear a miko robe when mikos don't get married (did kaede have a husband?) and she never showed interest in being a miko. i know inukag fans will flame and deny but i wanted to say it somewhere

kikyou did not die to follow inuyasha, she died to protect the jewel. she died hating inuyasha. i always thought naraku was lying to torture inuyasha and they would find out later. i don't buy it.

When I was younger I use to despise kikyo. I found her completely annoying and a plot device for inuyasha and kagome. But when I rewatched the series when I got older I found her story line so tragic and necessary and I could actually relate to her on a certain level. It’s funny how a few years can completely change a person’s perspective.
