she left the bakery in Jaimie’s capable hands, practically pushed out the door so she could get ready & enjoy her night with Buck. she had never been to a fundraiser, never as a date but she supposed there’s a first time for everything & if she was being honest, Buck was a part of many of her firsts lately.
fingers messed with her curls, checking her makeup in the bathroom mirror one last time before she made her way to the living room. after packing away her other clothes & makeup bag, Georgia fiddled with her blue dress, making sure it sat on her body right.
head lifted, green eyes trailing from his shoes all the way up to his handsome face. breath left her lungs, Buck was far too beautiful for his own good & it made her heart jump every time she looked at him. a bashful smile graced plush lips, head shaking immediately at his reminder because there was no where else she’d rather be than by his side.
reaching forward, pale pink nails gripped his tie just under the knot & tugged his body closer. Georgia pressed herself against him, butterflies fluttering in her stomach at his grin & the redhead practically blossomed under his gaze. other arm slid around his shoulders, fingers splayed along the column of his neck & found his eyes through thick lashes, batting them once as teeth nipped the corner of her mouth. “ you don’t look so bad yourself. ”
head tilts, nose bumping against his as she teased, lips just barely brushing. “ you’re the amazin’ one, Buck. ” words are whispered, locking eyes so he could see that she meant it. “ an' i’ll happily show you everyday just how amazin’ you are. ” then she closed what little distance there was between them, kiss soft but passionate, much like their bond.
