@fyschebone -- Yes, that must be Henry Thomas in the Intellivision AD&D game ad. He appeared in a lot of Intellivision ads after ET came out, with and without George Plimpton.

You are correct. Above is the original appearance of the elven prince Brion being hoisted by the hill giants Furd and Ool from the 1982 TSR Endless Quest book Return to Brookmere.
