ps : making homemade baba ganousch (ghanouj ?) is actually super easy if you have an oven : put 2 olive oiled eggplants in the oven for like 30/45minutes + peel them and squash them + mix them with tahini, olive oil, salt, lemon juice and garlic to taste + wait for it to cool a little and then add chili powder (cause when it’s hot the taste is blender so you can’t really know how much to put in). And then you can eat all of it cause it’s delicious.
