He is now the founder CEO of both Aftermath Records and Beats Electronics. He got his start with rap group World Class Wreckin’ Crew and found fame with the controversial and influential gangsta rap group N.WA. After his time with N.W.A Dr.Dre had a successful solo career releasing several classic hip hop Dr. Dre has played an integral part in hip hop and the business world by help launching the careers of Snoop Dogg, Eminem, 50 Cent, and many others. As a producer, he is credited as a key figure in the West Coast G-funk sound he definitely has a signature sound that is popular in hip hop. As a businessman, he has had tremendous success with his Beats by Dre headphones and speakers. His life as a member of N.W.A.was recently depicted in the film Straight Outta Compton.
