I imagine it’s in no small part to the show reacting to the fact that white wlw love (and retweet, which is as good if not better than ratings now) thin, blonde cis white women. They will choose them over WoC, QWoC and strangely actual white wlw every time. There’s something about it. It’s not right!!!

I 100% agree. That's why we have to do right by Sandra and not stay silent about it, let the powers that be know it's not okay and we won't accept it. We as fans can do it respectfully but firmly. No abuse towards anyone!

I'm in my feelings because I *just* saw what happened to Charlotte in S03, and I'm just reeling and emotionally dead in the water. I found an (old?) post that you made about the stupid way they did this, and I just have to say that I agree with every point you made. Just before it happened I was thinking "Charlotte has been so stupid this season, was she always this stupid?" and the characterization just felt so off all season, and then it all came to a head and I was/am just so mad about it all

I feel your pain. I’ll never be over what they did to Charlotte and her relationship with Lady Isabella. I still can’t believe it. She was totally out of character all season by sleeping with Isaac. The worst part is that the writers knew from the very beginning that they only had the actress for 2 seasons and that’s how they decided to end her story, by killing her off over a man (and a horrible one at that). I’ll never be able to watch old LadyHarlot scenes again because of season 3. I didn’t watch the rest of the season after that.
