Another analysis of G1 reveals yet another subtle glimpse into TC’s character. As he clearly states, he’s seriously considering jeopardizing, maybe completely ruining, Megatron’s plan to settle his personal score with Starscream. This seems to imply that Thundercracker cares more about his personal life than the Decepticons’ mission. I could argue that he’s just in this for himself, only joining the Cons in the first place because of what they could do for him.
