Demo’d Rocky Mountain Instinct
Thanks @g2bike for letting me demo @rockymountainbicyclesInstinct. Short review: Fast overall bike and the wide handlebar setup made for a ton of stability. First time on the bike and I put up my fastest Mathis Climb 14:43 and 2nd fasted Cholla time 5:01. The seat post dropper responded quickly. Shock lockouts had to be done manually, but in all it simplifies the ride as I can get trigger happy with all my usual levers. While climbing Cholla my pedals did touch a few rocks on my down stroke which was slightly annoying, but not a huge deal. There is plenty of gear range on both ascent and descent and shifting was fast and easy. Overall a very good bike and I’d enjoy riding it again.
