I've been feeling like my art has gotten worse or lost something as of late, and I think I figured out why. I think I've gotten so hell-bent on replicating the Initial D Legends art style that I lost something about my own style along the way. I went back to the way I used to do things for a drawing just now and it already feels way better. Hopefully I'll be able to keep the good things going
I know I haven't posted in a while. I've been going through it. Life is beating me up left and right. But one thing that isn't is my relationship with this man right here. It's been almost 9 months but it feels like 9 years. This was at my dad's 50th birthday party and one of his friends caught this without us knowing. Despite all the things going in my life and in this world, this moment made me realize that I'm not doing it alone and I have a beautiful black man supporting me through all of this ❤️

I'm not gonna lie. I'm kinda upset that there's so much coverage on how all these police officers came out for just ONE of the officers that died in Dallas. Philando Castile's funeral was also today. It just upsets me that highways had extreme traffic. And the same people that get pissed that black people protest peacefully on highways were giving heart emojis and sad faces for the officer. I'm not saying I don't feel sadness for those officers who were slain. I am, however, saying that all lives do not matter. And if that wasn't a perfect example as to why black people are upset, then I don't know what is. You can remove a uniform but you can't remove your skin color.

If you've been on Twitter or watching the news, a peaceful protest was held tonight and then chaos happened. There is a sniper shooting in downtown Dallas. 4 police officers have died and 11 injured. There's also a rumor that a bomb is there as well. I'll try to update what I can
