A month or more?

The elf was doing better, work was slowing down and he was just sitting on the roof top cup in his hands as he watched the city below. Drinking on his tea he hummed tail flicking. It was nice to take a break even if it was just him sitting out among the stars and warm brick. Laying on his back on the edge of the brick and eyes closed as he let out a small sigh. It really was nice to relax, though the sting of his ribs reminded him of work, reminded him no matter what he could not get out of his line of work. Tail flicked bringing cup to his lips as he leaned up on one elbow to drain it before crunching the plastic cup and rolling enough to toss it into a trash bin below.
