With the police who forgot how to care AND are violently opressive

On the inside of the sanctuary district taking hostages

With some time travelers trying to keep everyone alive without changing history

With other time travelers bopping around 20th century looking for lost friends

With a burnt out social worker who tried & eventually gave up
