DUDE DO ANY GABRIELS WANT TO DO A GABRIELXCROWLEY THING I SWEAR THEY ARE LIKE TWO PEAS IN A POD NOW WITH WHAT THEY HAVE BEEN THROUGH
me missing gabriel/crowley and looking up all the fics thinking it would make me not miss it and now really wanting to rp some gabriel/crowley
btw if any gabriels want to do a rp with me in that storyline i would be up for that, especially if it involves semi-canon stuff with the two of them taking down lucifer together or something
AU, just something I wanted to write.
The first time Crowley meets God, he doesn’t feel afraid, he doesn’t look away from His divine gaze, he doesn’t even make a snide comment when God said he’d been quietly rooting against him for a while, no. He doesn’t feel a thing but pure white hot rage.
He hadn’t even said anything to God, God had just addressed him when Crowley punched Him in the face. It had caused a bit of alarm and surprise. Lucifer, still in Cas’s vessel, had laughed, Rowena had shouted his former name angrily, Sam and Dean had thrown some Winchester related warning in his direction.
The most surprising thing was that God let Crowley do it, that blood even appeared on God-- no, Chuck’s lower lip, nose bleeding slightly as well. Crowley had put all his anger and power into that punch so that might’ve explained why it had a bit of an effect on him, but when Chuck straightened up, Crowley could see that Chuck saw it coming, that he let him do it.
“Can you... can you give us a moment, guys?” Chuck asked the rest of the room, Crowley still glaring at Chuck quietly, fist still clenched at his side.
“Charles-- are you really sure that’s--”
“Oh yeah, we’ve got loads of time with the Darkness outside--”
“It’s important. It won’t take long.” Chuck replied, giving a gentle smile to Rowena, Lucifer and the brothers. After a moment of hesitation, they nodded and moved to the other side of the room, far enough away to give them privacy. Well, at least, some of them did. While Sam and Dean were quietly talking, Rowena and Lucifer stayed in eavesdropping distance.
“Now that you’ve gotten that out of the way, would you mind telling me what that’s ab--”
“You know exactly what that’s for. I prayed to you, tracked down your little gardener friend Joshua, tracked down everyone that knew you and you know what I got in return?”
“Yes I--”
“You said you can’t, you said you couldn’t bring him back you great big bloody hypocrite!”
“Crowley, please-- keep your voice d--”
“I won’t, dammit! You brought back Castiel bugger knows how many times and you can’t bring back one bloody arc--”
But the sudden banging of the door and impending arrival of Amara had the conversation halted, and everyone rushed back in to regroup.
“Are we good?” Dean asked. Crowley rolled his eyes slightly but gave the tiniest of nods. Chuck looked at him briefly before also nodding. Lucifer gave Crowley a measured look before shrugging.
*(Several episodes later)*
It was done, they were back together again, brother and sister, God and the Darkness reunited and happy, yin and yang.
“You gave me what I needed most, I want to do the same for you.” Dean watched as Chuck and Amara held hands, and both glowed, bright and dark at the same time. Soon it got too bright for him to see what he was looking at. When the light died down, Dean was gone, sent to find what they had brought back for him.
But now Crowley was in the room, and Amara had left, leaving him alone with Chuck again.
“Guess now’s as good a time as any to finish our talk, huh?” Crowley asked, and Chuck nodded, smiling softly. “Dean’s obviously a better Dr. Phil than I thought, unless he--”
“No, he’s alive.”
“Oh,” Crowley swallowed slightly, looking a little bit out of place, his dark suit and demonness and all in this quiet, peaceful little garden.
“Crowley,” Chuck said to him gently. “You helped save the world today. And... I haven’t been fair, because you’ve helped before. Nobody’s really acknowledged it before.”
“Nature of the beast,” Crowley shrugged. “Demon and all.”
“Yes, but still,” Chuck replied, smiling. “Thank you. My sister and I, together we’re stronger, and we’re going to try and take care of Heaven together. But it’ll mean that we’ll be out of the picture for a while, while we sort things out. But in the meantime... I want to return something to you that was taken a while ago.”
Crowley blinked and he was outside, in what to be a... fairground of all places. The lights were off now but the memories were still fresh, he’d been here before. Laughter and fumbling hands on the Ferris wheel and pulling faces at each other and hitting a home run in the tunnel of love and just forgetting that they were a demon and an archangel-slash pagan god.
Crowley smiled softly, not sure why he was sent here, if he was thinking straight he might’ve sussed it out, but the world had just not ended, and he was a bit stuck on God thanking him and it didn’t even begin to sink in until he saw the lights start to turn on in the fairgrounds and the rides start to move and the music start to play.
And there was Gabriel, on the roundabout right on top of the pink unicorn, rose in his hand and giving Crowley a smile with those glowing golden eyes.
And in that one moment Crowley thanked God too, before he was forgetting his powers and running across and scooping up Gabriel and kissing him like there was no tomorrow, because up until yesterday there wasn’t.
I just realized I never did a post for this network. I'm such a lazy person.
Hello guys, this is a network for all the Crowley/Gabriel shippers out there. The purpose of this network is
Have an easy way to find each other and follow more growley blogs
Help with edits/ffs/I don't know, other things? We will help each other in what we can do best, that's for sure
Share all the headcanons we have for this ship (because this ship is based mostly on headcanon because they never met in the show goddammit)
More Growley in your life! Isn't that enough?
What do you have to do in order to join the network? Ask me to add you and that will do the trick :) you don't need to have a growley-related blog or anything, really. If you want to be in, you're in.
(I will need your email to add you, darling. When I will have it, I will send you the invitation on the mail. Just open it and you will be an official member.)
What you could do once you're in the network? Write something in your description, put a picture on it (or use the one that already is here) suggest some ideas/projects for the network, be active, share with us your growley feels. Generally be a nice person, that's all I ask :)
So join in, rays of sunshine! I want to meet all of you and chat with people who wants to talk about this two idiots and how perfect together they would be uwww *_*

Hey, look, I'm on something resembling a weekly posting schedule! No promises it will continue, but I will try, guys. For my fandom, I will try. (Plus, I'm tired of posting WIPs and having them stay that way. Look at my ff.net accounts; it's depressing.)
(Also, a million thank-yous to happyfunballxd. Seriously, she's awesome.)

Chapter Title: At Home at the End of the World Rating: T for language Words: 1,207 Summary: Gabriel and Crowley have managed to eke out a little slice of paradise despite the world crashing down around them, and they think they can just sit out the remainder of the Apocalypse. A certain fallen angel is about to prove them wrong. Fandom: Supernatural Characters/Pairings: Growley, also featuring Castiel, Balthazar, a certain prophet, and some old dudes who like ride horses or something? Growley Drabble
Gabriel stood up from his seat, itching to pace, frustration simmering under his skin. “Whoa, whoa, let me get this straight. I crawled and fought my way back to the land of the living only to find out that you've been in cahoots with Raphael? What the hell, Crowley?”
The demon continued to sip his scotch, hardly batting an eyelash at Gabriel's outburst. “If you hadn't gone and gotten yourself killed, I wouldn't have needed to consort with any angels.”
“Except for me, of course.” Gabriel gave his lover a look. “That's not the point, Crowles. Either Cas or Raph could've turned around and smote your ass. And then where would we be?”
Crowley downed the rest of his drink in one go, the sound of his glass hitting the coffee table echoing through the room. He grabbed Gabriel by the collar and dragged him close, voice dark and rasping as he replied, “I imagine we'd still be right here, darling, dimensions be damned.”
The archangel's anger dissipated, knees buckling and all but falling into Crowley's lap. Gabriel held the demon's face in his hands and kissed him, pouring into it every ounce he could muster of home, safe, and love, things neither of them would ever say aloud, things that not even death could change.
