What is the subculture?

Hi! I’m gaiss from weird experience from subculture. I’m gonna have been writing something about me or what I’m curious about it or just just something.

Today, I’m gonna describe about subculture especially Japanese animation. 

Yu-Gi-Oh!

Do you know about Yu-Gi-Oh? This is a Japanese comic, TV show and trading card game.

if you’ve watched Yu-Gi-Oh The Abridged Series’s movie, you must be familiar with it. but unfortunately, Abridged series isn’t popular for Japanese people.

Anyway, Originally Yu-Gi-Oh was a battle story on something game. But one day, author adapted card game as a main story, then it was spread out to so many people. of course me too though. The origin card game’s rule was dead simple, but it’s getting difficult to play this game. I left to play this game like 13 - 14 years ago, so I can’t describe how to use “Xyz Summon”, “Pendulum Summon” and “Link Summon” or something like that. and TV series is being broadcasted, so you can watch latest season of Yu-Gi-Oh. it’s not involved with origin story of Yu-Gi-Oh basically because it’s different story. if you like “Kaiba” or “Yu-Gi” or “Honda” or something character, just sorry there aren’t those character on latest TV show.

Why did Yu-Gi-Oh became a popular TV show, comic and card game?

I think that’s because we didn’t have a hobby which we got into doing it. Like compare between 18 years ago and now, we didn’t have a smart phone. of course we couldn’t play social game. but IT technology had been grown remarkably. It’s glad to hear that but that’s why we were so glad to meet amazing card game especially for geek people but not only geek people. This card game made us feel so enthusiastic. I was feeling like “It was kind of movement”. but after origin story of Yu-Gi-Oh, I got awaken. GX isn’t interesting for me, them I quit to play it.

This card game’s rule is so complicated, but it has a awesome strategy.

I think Yu-Gi-Oh card game is so complicated to play it like magic the gathering. The reason why it’s so complicated, That’s because this card game has a long history and many type of card. It’s understandable but sometimes it makes beginner people feel complicated and boring. This might be kind of problem for KONAMI which is company. Another problem is we have many interesting things right now like playing social game apps, VR apps or something like that. I wanna say, we can connect many things from internet easier than 18 years ago. I’m feeling this is awesome and I wish I could be born right now. haha

but Yu-Gi-Oh has many big fun of players, so if you wanna play it, you would better play it. or watch playing video on Youtube.

Conclusion

Anyway, I think Yu-Gi-Oh is a great card game and I still love it. sometimes especially when I have a free time, I’ve been watching playing movie on Youtube. and I’m getting catching up abridge stories.
