 Eren unlocked his door, swinging it open as he shuffled his way inside, work having been a lot more...well work than usual. His new boss always was on his ass about everything, he swore if the man could blame him for global warming he would. With a loud sigh he threw his jacket off, not caring where it landed and plopped down on his sofa only to jump back up with a startled yell. There was a person laying on it and it appeared that they were sleeping. Eren was ready to beat the shit out of the intruder until he saw familiar blond hair poke out from under the blanket. "Armin?" Eren asked, reaching forward as he pulled the blanket down his friends face. "What are you doing here? Why are you on my couch?"

"Black Swan," starter prompts. 

        There was a loud sigh that broke apart Jean's lips, feeling a bit annoyed with his friend's sudden bout of insecurity. He hated having to repeat himself, were his words never enough to be trusted and worth something? "Listen Armin, I don't know where you came up with this idea that if you're not perfect, then you're nothing, but that's not true. It's practically impossible to be perfect. Why set such standards for yourself? Be you, do you, and whoever doesn't like that can fuck right off. You're a good person and nice to be around, so stop going out of your own way to make yourself feel like shit. I'm by your side, always, isn't that enough?"

        "Oh well lookie there," pointing up, slightly tipsy, but only slightly, Jean looked up to see a mistletoe. He knew someone was next to him, he could feel their presence, so he turned to greet whomever would share in the fate of his holiday smooch. "Oh, Armin!" Well, at least it was someone cute, right? Better than Jaeger - fuck that guy. With a pout, he wrapped an arm around Armin's shoulders and leaned down a tad. "Well, we're under a mistletoe, Armin. You know what that means right? If we don't, we'll totally be smited. C'mere you," he  a chuckle, he pulled the small blond up and into his embrace, lips against his own and humming softly as the kiss lingered much longer than it needed it. When he pulled back, he licked his lips and smirked a bit. "Well damn, Armin, that was good. Real good. Thank you."

       Searing pain, eyes watered and stressed, chest heaving harder and harder. He was shirtless, the fabric of it was pushed against the face of his friend, Armin, in order to slow the smoke from enter Armin's lung. Jean did it of his own accord, not daring to let a friend get hurt, oh no, they were getting out of this. "C'mon, we're half way there." Jean was trying to get them to at the very least a height that they could slip out from a window or something and fall without getting really hurt from the impact. They had about five more floors before that could happen and Jean's lungs were screaming in protest, causing him to wheeze even harder. "Armin, you okay? We're almost there...just a little...longer."
