SaLuSa appears to be suggesting that, if the Earth allies do not move soon, the galactics will be empowered to do so. That suggests that we are near the divine deadline beyond which the galactics hands are freed to intervene. While he only says it by suggestion rather than bald assertion, he appears to express disappointment that we have proved incapable of “getting it together” and bringing about peace ourselves. He reviews how the cabal was almost unnoticeably taking away our freedom but we awakened in time. He notes that the time between now and Ascension will seem long to us but, by implication, not long to them. He describes the people who have withdrawn themselves from materiality and are bringing light to those who remain enmeshed in it. He reminds us that the evolutionary process back to the Source requires us endlessly to let go of the lower vibrations. He again describes the heavenly, idyllic existence that awaits those who choose Ascension. He describes how peace will come about and what its impact will be.
