 i still find it so interesting how the beta galactic grunts had a hair/eye color that matched saturns far more. i kind of wonder if saturn was not designed yet when they drafted these up and the male grunt evolved into saturn as we know him, or the implication originally was that saturn managed the grunts? he does sit around far more at hq then anyone else whos a higher ranked member after all. first outcome seems more likely to me personally

also the face mask is pretty sick too, nice to see it eventually got reused as an idea in the neo plasma grunts designs and possibly the shadow triad too given the color (though they might be more of a stretch)

outside of that though, the beta galactic grunts are pretty much nearly the same as the final renditions. the colors seem to have been slightly altered for the actual outfits, going from pure white to a lighter grey. the stripes on the male grunts legs seem to have also shifted to be more at the knee instead of the calf. eye shape also seems different for the grunts
