Tabitha sending assassins after Jim because he hurt Barbara is hands down my favorite Babitha moment.
Throws up and dies forever.
“We can put cool stuff on his stump like knives and mallets and stuff” not her morbid childlike whimsy 😭. And Barbara chiming in with her own suggestion. They’re so cute.
Right now I’m honestly just thinking about Barbara and Tabitha being girlbestfriends before they started sleeping together.
I genuinely don’t understand why all of the characters around Barbara and Tabitha cannot acknowledge their relationship. Like you might say that they’re just friends with benefits, but even if I was willing to believe none of the writers wrote them as anything else, they don’t seem eager to acknowledge the “with benefits” part either.
The thing with Barbara and Tabitha’s relationship is that everything is so undefined with them. As in for one reason or another they did not care to actually focus on or develop their relationship. You can really play in the sandbox there if you want to. For example. They don’t appear to be actively making out when we see them chasing around Aubrey James together. But the next time we see them interact, they are indeed making out. We could get a friends to lovers (or probably friends to fwb) story out of that.
It’s actually impressive how much I love Barbara and Tabitha’s relationship considering how poorly written they are.
