It doesn't feel cheap, but it certainly doesn't fit the luxury quality of a glass case, just like Samsung's Galaxy S-series phones. Still, this is a £220 budget phone, so you can't complain too much, and it shouldn't be so easy to crack when it falls.
There is a physical fingerprint sensor on the back of the phone, and I still like the less reliable screen readers that have been integrated into the more expensive stable version of the Galaxy A40.
From here, you can also find separate speaker grills and 3.5mm audio jacks. The phone button and volume rocker are located on the right edge of the phone and have dual SIM card slots on the other side. Finally, the Galaxy A40 runs the latest version of Google's popular mobile operating system, Android 9 Pie, out of the box, with four different color choices: black, "coral", blue and white.
Early Judgment
It's still too early to tell if the Samsung Galaxy A40 is worth your money, but in the case of £220 it seems to have all the cruel features you can ask for. The borderless screen looks cute, and its design is easy to pass through a phone that is only twice the price.
