You know that feeling when you deeply relate to a character but you can't quite explain it because saying you relate to Gale Dekarios because he thinks the world would be beter of without him isn't okay so you can only say you also love reading and talking passionately about your interests and have a cat like him which is true but is way more superficial than what it actually means to you or is that just me

This might be a bit of a niche compliment, but I wanted to thank you for drawing Gale uncircumcised..?? Because he canonically is, yet I see a surprising amount of fanart depicting him as circumcised, instead. Anyway, it's nice to have a natural thing like that be shown so beautifully. Your work is incredible. ✨

I draw Gale’s anatomy with lots of love 💗 and as a non-american, I find mutilating genitalia a little (if not very) strange, I don’t think they’d do that in Waterdeep to newborns, so Gale is canonically and artistically safe from it at least coming from me.

Male bodies are beautiful to me, and Gale is my muse ✨👌

why don't you like gale? i mean, i don't like him either, there are really few people who do even like him actually, but i wanted to hear your opinion?

Oh so the gale talk has become a thing :)

Well, apart from the very obvious reason, i can use the same words katniss says in the book: he is full of anger and hatred, he fights the system but he lowers himself to its levels. I have no sympathy for him.

And i will repeat what i already said, i don’t like how he treats katniss as if she was his property. she didn’t promise him anything yet he guilt tripped her like that was the only thing that mattered, disrespecting her choice and constantly throwing it at her face.

I don’t like his attitude and they don’t convince me as an hypothetical couple, basically.

but don’t make me talk about peeta because i could never stop crying

What happened with Gale Laura??

no one gave him much credit before the movie came out and mostly blamed him for what happened (besides, in the book there is not any evidence of anyone being hotter than the other whatsoever). now everyone suddenly cares about him, stands up for him and wants him with katniss. 

i'm not judging, because gale isn't an awful character and everyone is entitled to their opinion, it just annoys me when people can't just admit it.
