Another mechanisms logo thing i didn't realize existed until yesterday! :D

(Also, i don't promise that the font i used is the original one? I just used the closest i could get, which was "Economica-Bold" in ibispaint)

honestly the Cyrano thing was A LOT

loved how that was the first example that popped into his mind, esp bc he pulled a Cyrano at least once during the reboots when he ghostwrote that romantic jazz opera for Eleanor. This was also the only reboot (of the type where she is not paired w/ Chidi) where we can hear Eleanor say “I am kinda into my soulmate” and it was actually Michael puppeteering Sebastian, so... ;)

and then he said Kris Jenner to help Eleanor get the reference like... this demon apparently educated himself on the subject of the Kardashians for her. and this is in the same episode where we can glimpse Eleanor trying to teach Chidi about the same thing.

I can’t believe it’s happening either! I remember thinking it would be such a slow burn that (at best) we’d get canon in fifth or sixth season. LOOK AT US NOW.

TELL ME ABOUT IT OH MY GOSH!! At one point I was convinced I’d put my heart and soul into a pairing that was destined to be teeny-tiny and never acknowledged on the show (either that, or they’d kill off one or other of them before they went canon...) But no, here we are, in all our about-to-be-canon glory! I’m so buzzed it’s untrue :D

Yes! I DO hope they're worried it's him under that sheet. (Reports of a body found. Matches his description. No ID.) The squad worrying about Carisi is everything I need! I'd love some great one-on-one scenes with him and others afterward, just so it isn't just the audience who sees their fear for him. I'm loving how they're finally utilizing Carisi/Peter now though.

And oh my God this season has been A DREAM. There has been so much Peter, so much Sonny, and unexpectedly so. They have given him so much to do, and Peter has stepped up in an amazing way. I was so worried because in Season 16 the writing for him was uneven, but Season 17 has proved me wrong.

Carisi has developed so much as a character, and he’s had so much screentime in episodes like the crossover (when in earlier crossovers he was either totally gone or had 2 lines), and he’s been in the spotlight so frequently, always nailing it (41 Witnesses and tonight’s episode especially come to mind), and he’s managed to strengthen and enrich and improve his relationships with so many characters, especially Amanda, Liv and Barba, and just :’)

I’m so happy the writers realized what they had in Peter and they let him shine.

Speaking of, we’ll be getting a whole episode about Sonny going undercover? It’s incredible that someone other than Olivia will be in danger

I can’t wait!
