OK, I’m deeply confused is the Division part of the Time Lord’s Celestial Intervention Agency - CIA or is it a separate organization? I’m a lot less critical of Chibnall’s run than other people, but the CIA could’ve literally served the same narrative function as the Division. So why not just use it instead?

It really bugs me that Chibnall did this deep dive into Time Lord History and nay a mention of Rassilon and Omega. What were they? Tecteun’s Puppet Kings? Her Dragons who became Starscreams? Them not saying anything is driving me crazy!
