Yes!!! and it’s ridiculous and it seems like he is an absent dad when clearly a big part of his character is not wanting to be that? also i think they fucked up with this the moment he left the Marbella, bc it made it harder for them to encounter or smth. And it’s so annoying.

And I’m really not being unreasonable or asking for much. We can just have like a small transition scene of Raf spending time with the girls, and then getting a phone call or something. We could have easily had one of him with them in 5x01 bc they were staying with him? Like??? hello??? I’m not unreasonable? Just show me a real bonding moment between Raf and his daughters every once in a while instead of expecting me to just assume that he’s not an absent father bc Petra says so?

so short version;

Red is no longer broke, Tom is dead, Liz was injured and has just woken up from a 10-month coma, the identity of the skeleton remains secret, Red and Liz are still “father & daughter”

or if you want a spoilery long version;

So um we begin with cool, casual and broke Red chilling by the pool and teaming up with Liz to rebuild his empire. Samar and Aram are together. Ressler is being blackmailed by Prescott the cleaner who now knows he’s an FBI agent and asks favors. Tom is around as well, in possession of the suitcase with the bones, and trying to figure out who the skeleton is before telling Liz, so he seeks help from Nik and another guy called Pete.

Meanwhile Red makes some new friends as well (including dogs), and gets his money back, while also trying to recover the suitcase, and eventually he learns that Tom has it.

Thanks to Tom’s shady handiwork, Pete manages to pull the DNA off the skeleton, but tells no one and disappears. Nik goes to look for him and gets killed, the killer fleeing the scene with the suitcase.

Anyway Tom seeks Pete’s girlfriend trying to find him, eventually they do and they all get kidnapped.

The kidnapper turns out to be Ian Garvey, who apparently has the suitcase, which gives him power over Red and wants to meet with him. Tom is the only one who can set up a meeting; Pete and gf are killed.

Liz is worried about Tom’s sudden disappearance, and starts to investigate his whereabouts. Meanwhile Tom escapes with the suitcase and gets rescued by Red. Tom escapes from Red as well, opens the DNA result and contacts Liz to tell her of his discovery. She meets him at their apartment where Garvey is already there. They’re both badly injured, and eventually get rescued by Red and rushed to the hospital.

Fast forward 10 months later, Tom didn’t make it, Liz is in a coma but wakes up thanks to the sound of Red’s voice, and now she wants revenge on Tom’s killers.
