WORM: GALVANATE

An early Parahuman crime boss, Ricario D’alleva was a mafia enforcer who triggered with the ability to imbue his associates with invincibility and electricity powers. As the supervillian Galvanate, he used his abilities to create an unstoppable army of enforcers, seizing control of the local Underworld until his defeat and capture in the late 90s.

Galvanate is a character from the web serial novel Worm by Wildbow. Wildbow provided no description of Galvanate so I’ve decided he looks like this.
